Adam Rueda is an independent, third-party candidate running for Congress in NJ-5 to represent Bergen, Passaic and Sussex Counties. Adam is running a grassroots campaign focused on universal human rights. Specifically, he has called for the abolishment of ICE, and he is extremely concerned about the dire conditions created and funded by the United States in Gaza and greater Palestine. Adam is a staunch advocate of free speech, and has been vocal about fighting conflicts of interest in Congress, such as insider trading and the onerous influence of corporate and international lobbying. Adam is a pro-Earth, Medicare-for-All candidate. He aims to introduce a new third-party to Congress, greenparty2.0. Adam advocates for the position that a new third-party, or voting bloc, in Congress will lead to more compromise and negotiation, and the end of extremely inefficient governance, hyper-polarization and destructive, reactive, pendulum policy.
