Ardelia Holmes

Ardelia Holmes is a progressive educator, economic strategist, and congressional candidate for Ohio’s 11th District running to challenge establishment politics with transparency, accountability, and real community-centered leadership. Known for her fearless advocacy for equity, Holmes first gained attention for confronting systemic failures in education, fighting for Black students and families in Shaker Heights, and demanding measurable outcomes over political performance.

As an educator and entrepreneur, Holmes understands that education, housing, healthcare, and economic stability are deeply connected. Her platform focuses on universal healthcare, fully funded public schools, housing reform, utility affordability, economic relief for working families, and rebuilding domestic manufacturing to restore opportunity across Ohio’s communities. She believes education is national infrastructure and that government should serve people, not donors, lobbyists, or corporate interests.

Running as an unapologetically progressive, anti-establishment voice, Holmes refuses corporate PAC influence and advocates for banning stock trading in Congress, ending corporate landlord exploitation, protecting public education, and restoring trust in government through radical transparency and public accountability. She also plans to introduce articles for impeachment as soon as she is sworn in.

As a mother of four and lifelong advocate for underserved communities, Ardelia Holmes is building more than a campaign, she is leading a movement rooted in truth, justice, and the belief that real representation should be earned through courage, service, and results.
