Brittany Jones is a Democratic candidate for Governor of Oregon running on a platform of accountability, equity, and pragmatic solutions rooted in lived experience. A lifelong Oregonian, Jones is a business owner and political activist who has spent years advocating for communities too often excluded from decision making at the state level.

As a small business owner, Jones understands firsthand the challenges Oregonians face navigating rising costs, housing instability, and inconsistent state policy. Her campaign is driven by the belief that government should work with, not against, working people, entrepreneurs, and families striving to build stable futures.

Jones has been a vocal advocate for transparency and ethical governance, supporting, and even demanding impeachment as a constitutional tool to hold elected officials accountable when they abuse power or violate public trust. She views impeachment not as a partisan weapon, but as a necessary safeguard to preserve democratic institutions and restore confidence in government.

Her policy priorities include addressing the crisis of missing and murdered Indigenous people through funding, rapid response systems, and intergovernmental accountability, dvancing housing first solutions to reduce homelessness, and ensuring that public education, healthcare, and public safety policies are grounded in evidence, dignity, and community input.

A mixed Indigenous woman, Jones is committed to honoring tribal sovereignty, protecting land and water, and strengthening partnerships between the state and Tribal Nations. She emphasizes civil liberties, secular governance, and policies that reflect Oregon’s values of fairness, inclusion, and shared responsibility.
