Bryan Maxwell

Dr. Bryan Maxwell is the Anti War candidate running for US Senate in Illinois. He is an environmental scientist and community organizer in Urbana, Illinois. He is unapologetically running on an Anti War, Medicare for All, Tax the Rich platform because he believes Americans’ federal tax dollars should be spent building up our communities here at home, not bombing ones overseas or tax breaks for billionaires. After seeing Democrats learn nothing from their second loss to Trump in 2024, he decided to get off the sidelines and stop waiting for our leadership to do what’s right. Bryan is the only downstate candidate on the ballot and has a long history of working in farming communities to solve environmental problems. Illinois deserves a representative in the Senate who will fight for all of Illinois, the big cities and the small farming communities. He is committed to bringing the fight for racial justice, climate justice, and worker’s rights to Congress, and refuses to take any corporate or AIPAC money in order to represent the working class, not the donor class.
