Pennsylvania Courage Candidate Justin Douglas District PA-10

Justin Douglas

Pennsylvania
House
PA-10

Justin Douglas is a Democrat running for Congress in Pennsylvania’s 10th Congressional District and currently serves as Chairman of the Dauphin County Board of Commissioners. In office, he has built a reputation for transparency, fiscal responsibility, and standing up for working families.

Before entering public office, Douglas spent nearly two decades in ministry as a pastor. That experience shaped his belief that public service should be rooted in caring for neighbors, strengthening communities, and ensuring that government works for the people it serves.

As a county commissioner, Douglas has prioritized opening up government to the public. He has held regular town halls, expanded access to voting, advanced reforms in the county jail, and pushed for greater accountability in local government. His work has focused on making government more transparent, more responsive, and more accessible to the people it represents.

Douglas lives in Conewago Township in Dauphin County with his wife, a public school teacher, and their three children. He is running for Congress to tackle the rising cost of living, protect democratic institutions, defend civil rights, and ensure government serves everyday people rather than powerful special interests. He also believes Congress must hold the current administration accountable for overreach and violations of the Constitution.
