Katie Bansil

Katie Bansil is a proud Filipino-American running for Congress in New Jersey’s 6th district. She’s stepping into this race to unseat an 18-term, AIPAC-backed incumbent and wants to bring real representation back to the people. She will fight for the working families, not corporations or billionaire donors. Katie is running because she believes change starts when we put people over politics .

Katie has watched healthcare be treated like a luxury instead of the human right that it is. She knows affordable housing is possible when we prioritize communities over corporate profit. She’s committed to taxing the ultra-wealthy, ending the influence of SuperPACs like AIPAC, and ensuring that policy is shaped by the working class and not those who already have power.
