Lacey Villareal

Lacey is an Air Force veteran, former intelligence analyst, and independent candidate for Congress in Florida’s Space Coast. Born in California in 1983 to a military family, she spent much of her childhood on Army bases in the United States and Germany, gaining a firsthand understanding of service and sacrifice. Seeking to support her family, she enlisted in the U.S. Air Force in 2003, serving as a Cryptologic Language Analyst specializing in Korean. Her work took her across the country and overseas before she transitioned to civilian life in 2011.

After her military service, Lacey worked as an analyst and later built a career in marketing and design, helping small businesses grow. She also dedicated herself to community leadership, serving on the board of the Melbourne Main Street Association and contributing to local revitalization efforts.

Now a wife, mother, and active volunteer, Lacey has continued her commitment to public service through civic engagement and nonprofit work. Running a grassroots campaign funded by small donors, she is focused on raising the living wage, expanding access to affordable housing and healthcare, and holding leaders accountable. As an Independent, she is committed to representing everyday people and making the American Dream attainable for all.
