Michael Duffin

Michael Duffin is a Democratic candidate for Virginia’s 8th Congressional District. He worked at the Department of State for 12 years, including a decade countering terrorism, before he lost his job last July as a result of DOGE’s Reduction in Force (RIF). He is running to fight for federal employees and unions, to hold the Trump administration accountable, and to make Northern Virginia more affordable for Working Class and Middle Class residents.
