Mike Croley
Mike Croley is the Democratic nominee for Congress in Tennessee’s 6th Congressional District, running to bring practical, people-first leadership back to Washington.
A U.S. Navy veteran, former Tennessee State Park Ranger, federal public servant, and veterans services coordinator, Mike has spent much of his career in public service. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Engineering Science from Vanderbilt University and a master’s degree in Public Policy from Tennessee Tech.
Mike’s campaign focuses on three principles: Affordability, Accountability, and Accessibility. He supports universal healthcare, stronger protections for workers and organized labor, affordable housing, protecting Social Security and Medicare, conservation and clean water, campaign finance reform, congressional term limits, and ending partisan gerrymandering. He refuses corporate PAC money and believes elected officials should answer to the people they represent, not wealthy donors or special interests.
After his federal position was eliminated, Mike decided that watching from the sidelines was no longer enough. He entered a crowded Democratic primary and won the nomination.
Mike lives in Cumberland County with his family and is running to give working people across Tennessee’s 6th District a representative who knows public service is supposed to mean serving the public.
